Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Consociate Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality IT services, including custom software development, eCommerce solutions, ERP integrations, and mobile/web apps. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all our clients.

2. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, which involve significant resource planning and effort, refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not yet started and no resources have been allocated, a full refund may be issued.
  • If the project is in progress but within the initial phase, a partial refund may be granted after deducting the cost of hours worked and applicable administrative fees.
  • Once a milestone is completed or deliverables have been submitted and approved, no refunds will be issued for that phase.

3. Change of Scope or Requirements

Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind or changes in requirements after the project has started. In such cases, a change request process will be followed, and additional quotations may apply.

4. Delays from Client End

If a project is delayed by the client due to unresponsiveness, missing content, or approvals for more than 15 consecutive days , Consociate Solutions reserves the right to:

  • Put the project on hold, or
  • Cancel the project without issuing a refund.

5. Non-Delivery or Missed Commitments

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the project scope and timeline without a mutually agreed extension, the client may request a partial or full refund, depending on the work completed.

6. Retainer & Subscription Services

For ongoing services such as monthly support, maintenance, or SEO:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used service periods.

7. Payment Disputes

We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns. In the event of a payment dispute, the matter will be addressed based on the signed proposal or service agreement.
